How and when to apply the aromatherapy pack?

Eucalyptus gel can be applied both day and night, depending on whether you are looking to revitalize your senses in the morning or relax at the end of the day. We recommend using the orange blossom essential oil gel in the shower before going to bed for its relaxing properties.

1. Apply a walnut-sized amount to your hand or sponge. A small amount is sufficient, since our gels are very concentrated.
2. Rinse with plenty of water.
