Is it possible to modify the order that I just made?

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, send an email to as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed, we can not guarantee the cancellation or modification of the purchase.

I have just finished my order, but I have not received the order summary yet.

What shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs?

We offer a variety of logistics services for greater ease. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

For the USA, shipments of less than €200 usually cost €25. For those over €200, it is usually €30 - €40.

Can I send my item to the store?

We have our store in Paseo de Gracia 90, 08008 Barcelona. At no cost, the article can be collected from Monday to Friday at 8h to 22.30h. to Saturday, Sundays and holidays at 9h to 22.30h.

How can I track my order?

Farmacia Barcelona will send you several emails during the process, to keep you informed about the status of your order. Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers for security reasons, but only the tracking links found in the shipping confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
