Is it possible to modify the order that I just made?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed, we can not guarantee the cancellation or modification of the purchase.
I have just finished my order, but I have not received the order summary yet.
It may happen that the summary of your order is sent a few minutes after finishing the order. We recommend that you check the "Spam" tray. Depending on the parameters of your messaging, the message may arrive there. If you do not receive any email, contact our Customer Service.

My order has not been accepted. Why?
Make sure that the address you entered in the "Billing" field is the same address registered in your bank and the address where you receive your bank statements. If the system still does not accept your order, please contact your bank and then with us at firstname.lastname@example.org , we will be happy to help you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases:

- Bank transfer
Please note that your billing address must match the address that appears on your credit card statement. At this time we do not accept gift cards.
My order has been rejected, do I have to make a new one?
If you have received an email informing you that your order has been canceled, place a new order online or contact us at info @ farmaciabarcelona.com .
Is VAT included in the final price and how can I claim VAT?
All prices include VAT. At this time we can not offer a tax refund service for any of our online customers.
When will the purchase amount be charged to the credit card?
The transaction will be charged to your credit card after checking your card details, receiving the credit authorization, confirming availability and preparing the shipment of your order.
Shipping and Delivery
What shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs?
We offer a variety of logistics services for greater ease. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Can I send my item to the store?
We have our store in Paseo de Gracia 90, 08008 Barcelona. At no cost, the article can be collected from Monday to Friday at 8h to 22.30h. to Saturday, Sundays and holidays at 9h to 22.30h.
How can I track my order?
Farmacia Barcelona will send you several emails during the process, to keep you informed about the status of your order. Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers for security reasons, but only the tracking links found in the shipping confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. Next, we will send you a delivery confirmation email once the courier notifies us that your order has been delivered.
Currently we do not have a refund policy because they are cosmetic products that could be altered or opened. Please let us know sending us a picture at email@example.com and we will check if the product has been damaged during the shipment.
